We adhere to strict privacy rules when it comes to servicing our clients and to ensure that everyone is receiving the best service.
Kindly take note of the following:
1.An email will be sent to you to confirm work agreement before proceeding and once payment is made we will begin rendering services out to you.
2. Please note: All projects taken on by The Websight require a 50% deposit of the fee in order for us to start the project, 25% after a milestone and 25% when the final website is delivered. Our payment terms are based on the time and expertise we invest in each project. This means once development begins, refunds are not available. However, we’re committed to ensuring your satisfaction through clear communication and revision cycles during the timeline stipulated for your project.
Payment also secures your spot on our client calendar and ensures your work gets done timeously. Failure to make payment will cause your work being delayed as other clients take up the space on our calendar.
Should you default on a payment, services rendered to you will be terminated.
3.We always share the real time live link with our client during the development phase, clients are to provide feedback within the timeline and we are happy to make the changes to ensure our clients satisfaction. After the timeline/deadline for completion of your website we will provide you with a grace period of 14 days to notify us if you want to make any revisions to your website, thereafter if you require any further changes or additional features, you will be charged a support/maintenance fee.
Kindly ensure that you provide The Websight with content for your website within the timeline stipulated for your project. This ensures on-time delivery of your website and you will receive our undivided attention during the timeline for your website development. We will communicate with you as to the content/information we require from you. Should you delay with providing content within your stipulated timeline, we will allow only 7 days to provide the outstanding content, thereafter you will be required to pay a maintenance fee to add content or make any revisions. Kindly note that our agreement is not an ongoing contract, all clients will receive a timeline for website development.
4.Termination of project:
- Right to Terminate by Client: You may terminate the project at any time by providing written notice to support@thewebsight.co.za. (Refund depends on the stage of termination which will be discussed)
- Right to Terminate by The Websight: The Websight may terminate the project at any time for failure to meet payment deadlines, unreasonable project demands etc.
5.Time completion on digital graphic designs (such as logos, company letterheads, email signatures) generally take between 3- 5 working days (depending on complexity). Please note that these designs are digital (we do not offer printing) , all graphic designs will be sent to you as png, jpg or pdf format.
The Websight Terms and Conditions are effective from 1 October 2023.
